Sep 2025e-Nivaran is an AI-powered civic issue reporting and resolution platform designed to streamline communication between citizens and authorities. Users can submit issues with photos, voice notes, and automatic geo-tagging, while YOLOv8 and NLP models classify and route them to the right departments. A real-time dashboard enables authorities to track, prioritize, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Sahayak: AI-Powered Unified IT Helpdesk
Oct 2025Sahayak is an intelligent IT support platform designed to unify fragmented communication channels like GLPI, SAP Solution Manager, Email, and WhatsApp into a single, smart helpdesk portal.
